David Smith

David qualified as a chartered accountant in 2000 while employed at Grant Thornton in Canada. He worked for Ernst & Young in Bermuda from 2000 to 2002 having responsibility for planning and executing audits of hedge funds and investment partnerships. In 2002 he joined Prime Management Limited in Bermuda where he was responsible for the administration of a portfolio of clients. In addition, he was a director of a Bermuda based investment management company with over $200 million under management. He was also on the Board of Trustees as the treasurer and finance director for a prominent charity in Bermuda. In 2004 he departed Bermuda and established Pinnacle Fund Administration LLC.
